3-4-Year Olds
Ages 3-4
This is a decisive age for young learners, who are changing physically, cognitively, socially, and emotionally.
Self-Esteem
The focus of this program is to give children the opportunity to learn through play in a loving, caring environment while building self-esteem, social development, and confidence.
Large Motor Skills
They develop motor skills and coordination while running, jumping, hopping, skipping, throwing, and other large motor activities in our gym.
Group Skills
We promote the use of language to share, communicate, and interact with friends. We utilize books, stories, games, and songs based on curriculum themes that are introduced in group settings, and then extended to small-group and individual lessons.
A Multitude of Learning Opportunities
Opportunities for hands-on learning are presented daily, allowing students to grow through play and experiences. Children are able to express themselves through art, music, and movement. They are introduced to math and number concepts using age-appropriate materials to organize, sort, count, build, and sequence. They are able to explore science concepts through weather, cooking, and seasonal activities.
Reading & Literacy
We encourage children to embrace a love of reading that will allow your child to develop literacy skills through group story times, letter recognition activities, games and activities to develop phonemic awareness, and writing centers.
